There is no consent banner, and that is a decision
A banner asks permission for things that need permission. This product sets nothing that does. Putting a banner up anyway would train people to dismiss banners without reading them, which makes every real consent request worse.
What is actually stored
Your language. A cookie holding which language you chose, so the product does not ask again on every page. Strictly necessary: it exists to honour a preference you expressed.
Your session. Held in the browser's session storage, not in a cookie, and gone when the tab closes. It is what keeps you signed in while you work. Strictly necessary in the plainest sense – without it you would sign in on every page.
A few interface preferences, where a screen has one: which tab you had open, whether a section was collapsed, where you parked a chat panel. Local to your browser, never sent to us, and the page works correctly if they are missing.
Which columns a list shows you. This one is named separately because it is not like the ones above: it is held against your account rather than in your browser, so it follows you between devices. It records the shape of a screen and nothing about the work on it. Your firm decides what a list opens on, you can change your own, and you can put it back at any time.
What the card at the top of a client's page shows you, and whether their profile opens compact or expanded. What is not stored
No advertising identifiers. No analytics cookie. No third-party cookies of any kind. No pixel, no tag manager, no session recorder. Nothing that follows you to another site, because nothing here is on another site.
Clearing them
Clear site data in your browser. You will be signed out and asked your language again. Nothing else is lost – nothing about your case lives in your browser.
Embedded content
The product renders documents inside sandboxed frames so a document cannot run anything or reach the page around it. Those frames set nothing.
